All of our waste manufacturing plastic (polypropylene co polymer) is now being sent to MBA polymers in Dover who are reprocessing it and supplying it back to us so we can manufacture new Tote bins.
To save space on the truck and minimise fuel miles, we shrink the waste volume down by granulating the scrap/defective products at our site into bulk bags before we send this to them.
This closed loop recycling helps reduce landfill.
